Returns & Cancellations Policy
All unopened items may be returned for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of purchase.
We do not refund shipping charges. This means that any shipping costs incurred by you in returning products to us, and shipping charges incurred by us in the original shipment to you will not be refunded.
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds on opened items within 30 days of purchase will generally be accepted, however prior approval to return opened items must be obtained. Please call us at 1-800-916-7662, or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain approval. Only one opened item of the same product is eligible for return, all others of the same product must be unopened, and in saleable condition.
All product returns must be accompanied by your name, address, and order number to insure proper credit.
Refunds are processed as soon as we receive returned merchandise. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Orders may be cancelled at anytime prior to shipment, just call us at 1-800-916-7662 to cancel your order. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to the Product Returns policy shown above.
Order Errors & Damaged Items
We strive for 100% accuracy in our shipments. Errors do happen. If you receive damaged, expired or incorrect products, we apologize, contact us immediately at 1-800-916-7662. Please have your order number from the enclosed invoice available. We will correct the problem as soon as possible.
