Each Capsule Contains:
5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) (Griffonia simplicifolia) (Seed) - 50 mg
Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach at bedtime.
Other Ingredients: Rice Flour and Gelatin (capsule).
