Calcium (from Fossilized Coral Calcium) - 500 mg
Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide, Citrate, and Aspartate) - 250 mg
Fossilized Coral Calcium - 1.43 g (1,430 mg)

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 2 Vcaps 1 to 2 times daily, preferably before meals with water. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW OsteoBoron and Zinc.
