Vitamin E is a major antioxidant and the primary defense against lipid peroxidation. It is particularly important in protecting the body's cells from free radical/oxidative damage. Vitamin E (as unesterified d-alpha Tocopherol plus Mixed Tocopherols: d-beta, d-delta and d-gamma Tocopherol) - 1000 IU
Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel daily, preferably with meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Advanced Gamma E Complex, CoQ10 and Omega-3 Fish or Flax Seed Oil.
Other Ingredients: Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water) and Vegetable Oil Concentrate. Contains soy derivative. Contains only 100% Natural Vitamin E.
Contains no: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
