Vitamin E (from Mixed Tocopherols) - 30 IU
Vitamin B-3 (from NAD) - 0.7 mg
Vitamin B-6 (from P-5-P Monohydrate) - 7 mg

Suggested Usage: Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 1 or more times daily, preferably with meals.
