Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet daily, preferably with meals.

Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Vegetable Coating, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica. Contains soy derivative.
