Pain & Stress Center HTP 10 - Low Dose 5-HTP, 10 mg per capsule.
Research has established the link between low levels of serotonin in the brain and stress, anger, poor concentration and loss of control. Stress depletes neurotransmitters, especially the inhibitory neurotransmitters, causing you to feel out of control or feeling out of balance.
The neurotransmitter complex of amino acids in HTP10 are:
5-HTP: The Serotonin Link.
L-Tyrosine: The stress amino acid.
L-Lysine: An essential amino acid that inhibits skin outbreaks due to stress.
GABA, Glutamine, and Taurine are inhibitory neurotransmitters that keep the brain in balance, and you in control.
HTP10 is excellent for children or adults who only require small amounts of 5-HTP to activate needed serotonin. HTP 10 can be taken several times daily as required, and can be taken with other amino acids.
