We hear a lot about calcium and how important it is to our bones. But what we don’t hear is that the balance of calcium and magnesium is a critical factor not only to bone health but to overall health in general. Suggested Usage: We suggest starting with ⅓ capful and gradually increasing to ⅓ capful twice a day, then working up to ½ capful twice daily. Because magnesium can have a mild natural laxative effect (which is good news for many who experience constipation), you can judge the optimal amount when bowels are comfortably loose.
