I can never do the full recommended amount, but the instructions tell you to judge if and when you are taking too much and cut back. After about a week I can usually cut back to about two tables each morning and do fine.
It is gentle and simple (no mixing of powders, etc)
and works WITH your system.
Added benefits. One of my sons tried it and said that he was sleeping better.
