In my experience, I have lost weight with this product by curbing my appetitie and increasing my energy!!! I am over 40 with a 4 year-old that is full of energy. I take two tablets every other day (if I take it everyday, I can't sleep), for an energy boost to keep up with my family and household chores. At the same time, it curbs my appetite. I really love this product!!! |
