Castor Oil is an oil derived from the beans of the castor plant. (Ricinus communis). Castor oil has long been recognized as a powerful laxative which may be used for the relief of occasional constipation. Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with meals as needed.
