Tried this product about 4 yrs ago. It did a great job if taken as directed. MUST regulate according to your own body needs. I could not take as much (after several days) as recommended. One grown son took it also. I felt much better and both of us noticed that we were sleeping better at night. |

| I trained for a figure competition last year and this product was on put my diet regimen by my trainer. It is wonderful and it does what it says. It's not a laxative, and it doesn't cause cramping and it doesn't take forever to work. When taken with plenty of water, you will definitely tell the difference. I highly recommend it. | ||||
